US residents, including those residing in or visiting New Jersey, are eligible to receive a free discount medication card through our Community Assistance Program. Although, this card is not a form of insurance, it can help you save money when purchasing your prescription drug medications. The
Community Assistance Program offers free services such as these discount prescription cards.

The discount drug card can be used anywhere throughout the United States.. These cards can be used by anyone who is without insurance or under-insured and can be given to friends and people who you know that is in need of prescription assistance. The average savings range between 15 and 55 percent depending on the medication. For more ideas on how to save money while using these cards you can visit our savings and tips page.

We also have a program that allows someone without insurance to be able to qualify to receive their drug medications for free. There is a $20.00 dollar processing fee each month but this is better than not taking the medication that can help save someone’s life.

The discount drug cards are offered through our Community Assistance Program and can be sent directly to you. These cards can?be printed out at our website by clicking on the “Print Now” button.
