Discount Pharmacy Drug Card

Health Care in Connecticut has failed residents over the last several years. It’s been noted that people are doing everything possible to receive their prescription medications. They are even selling their personal items so that they can afford their prescription drugs. Others are taking their pets medication that was prescribed by a veterinarian. It has been a known fact that individuals are not taking their drug prescriptions because they simply can’t afford them. This is extremely dangerous to someone?s health.

Michael Hargrove, Regional Outreach Coordinator, says “Many of us are unaware of the assistance programs that are available out there for us.”
The Community Assistance Program offers a free drug plan that can save individuals anywhere from 15-85 percent on their prescription by offering a free discount pharmacy card. There are no fees, no forms to fill out, just print the card and use it at any of the participating pharmacies in Connecticut and throughout the US.
These cards are not associated by a person’s name and can be used by anyone. Our free prescription medication drug cards can not only be used in Connecticut but can also be used?anywhere in the United States.

The medication cards can be printed out at our website by clicking on the “Print Now” button. Cut out the card image and take to your participating local pharmacy to receive your discount. Once the pharmacy has this card on file, you will never have to give the card to them again.
