The drug card provided by the Community Assistance Program is available to Arkansas residents. The drug card offers relief for those who do not have prescription coverage. These free prescription drug cards can be used at any participating pharmacy within the United States including many pharmacies in Arkansas.

The drug cards are offered through our Community Assistance Program and can be sent directly to you. These cards can be printed out at our website by clicking on the “Print Now” button.

How to use the card: You have a few ways to receive a prescription card. You can fill out the form and have a hard copy sent to you. You can request as many cards as you want. You can also print or copy the card from your computer.

When you receive the card, take it to your local participating pharmacy along with your prescription and begin saving instantly.

If you need assistance in any way, contact us and we’ll guide you and answer any questions that you might have. If you know someone that doesn’t have a computer and would like for us to send them a drug card, fill out the form with their name and address and we’ll send out the card the same day.
